Service was ok. Food quality was about what you would expect for a smaller Midwestern area sushi restaurant. Ok, but not remotely good enough, if you were in a big city. So... It'd be easy 4/5 stars for where it's at and whoit serves, but would be far worse in say Chicago.

I’ve eaten here many times over the years, haven’t eaten there in 6 months. I always get the same order sashimi lunch special. Notimpressed with what I was served, price used to be $10.95 now it’s $14.95, I understand inflation and such I get it , whatthrew me off was the portion, half the size of what the pieces were before, what a let down, I’ll give Red Ginger one more go,but I might be moving on from here and finding another sushi place.

There's a... read more I visited the restaurant with a small group of coworkers for lunch. The waitress was able to push a few tables together so we could all sit together. There's a good amount of variety on the menu and the food was very good. I ordered a bento box with aspicy tuna roll and chicken teriyaki. Some of the prices on the menu seemed a little high, but the bento box was very reasonablypriced.

They wouldn’t take the reservation, asked if they were fully booked and was told no they just weren’t going to take the reservation. Talk about terrible customer servicewhich is unfortunate because I do enjoy their food.

Always nice and timely, not really any complaints. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes isn't bad. We usually get 4 to 5 rolls and share and it fills you up. That amoun... read more Always nice and timely, not really any complaints. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes isn't bad. We usually get 4 to 5 rolls and share and it fills you up. That amount of sushi is usually 55-65$ well worth it and tastes great and fresh. The rice is good miso soup, very good. This is our go to sushi spot when we dont want to risking to a place with bad reviews. Or if we just had bad sushi at one of the other places in town we come here the next time for guaranteed good sushi times.
