While visiting Bettendorf to see family, we decided to check out one of the top sushi spots in the Quad Cities. Our overall experience was great! The restaurant was bustling when we arrived, which is usually a good sign. However, it did take some time for us to be seated and take our order. The servers were very friendly and apologetic for the wait. We tried the Butterfly Roll, French Kiss Roll, and Red Ginger Roll, along with some shumai miso soup. The shumai was okay, but a bit bland and soggy. The Red Ginger Roll, which we expected to be the best, was a bit simple with just shrimp tempura. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavors of the French Kiss Roll instead. Overall, we enjoyed our meal, although our experiences at sushi restaurants in Chicago may have raised our expectations a bit too high.

The food was okay. Got the Red Ginger Roll and the King Crab Roll, both were falling apart as I picked them up. Been to a lot of sushi places and this has to be one of the worse quality sushi places. The prices were too high for the quality of the sushi. It is a good atmosphere inside the restaurant though.

This small restaurant has limited seating but offers a wide variety of sushi which was delicious. However, we also tried the chicken yaki soba and found it to be dry, too peppery, and lacking in good quality vegetables. Overall, the experience was average and we may consider dining there again in the future.

Very tough to rate here. Service was ok. Food quality was about what you would expect for a smaller Midwestern area sushi restaurant. Ok, but not remotely good enough, if you were in a big city. So... It'd be easy 4/5 stars for where it's at and whoit serves, but would be far worse in say Chicago.

I visited the restaurant with a small group of coworkers for lunch. The waitress was able to push a few tables together so we could all sit together. There's a good amount of variety on the menu and the food was very good. I ordered a bento box with aspicy tuna roll and chicken teriyaki. Some of the prices on the menu seemed a little high, but the bento box was very reasonablypriced.
