Culver's - Bettendorf
Culver's
Description
A neighborhood Culver’s balances reliably excellent burgers, addictive fries and standout custard with warm, community-minded service that feels more restaurant than fast food. Counter ordering with table delivery gives a rustic vibe; managers and staff earn praise for helpfulness, quick fixes and small gestures. Family conveniences — ample parking, high chairs and handicap access — add appeal. Drawbacks include occasional overcooked sides, order mix-ups, inconsistent cleanliness and limited vegetarian options, but overall it’s a solid, kid-friendly fast-casual choice in the Quad Cities area.

The ownership truly made a difference. I had a disappointing experience at the West Kimberly location on my birthday at the end of October. While in Bettendorf today, I felt like I had discovered a gem. I asked whether they had the same owner, and they didn’t. The owner came over to speak with me, and I was pleasantly surprised by his genuine listening and politeness. He even offered me a complimentary item as a gesture of goodwill, even though it wasn't his restaurant that had made the mistake. The staff was very courteous, and the food was better than usual. It’s a small gesture, but those little things really matter. Bettendorf, Muscatine, and Moline are the only locations I’ve visited in the Quad Cities.
Generous burgers, curly fries, and ice cream! I’ve always had a delightful and tasty experience here.
I received excellent and friendly service! The staff was welcoming and made sure to check on me at my table. The food was fantastic as well!
Good food for a fair price. You can not beat the custard. So much better than any ice cream.... They say ice cream, but it's custard. Try the difference ...
