The ownership was right. I had a rotten experience at the West-Kimberly site at my birthday at the end of October. While I was in Bettendorf today, I thought I was a treasure basket. I asked if they had the same owner or not. They don't. They sent the owner to talk to me. Not only was he active listening and very polite, he surprises me later with a make-up button, although it wasn't his store that messed up. The staff was really polite and food was actually something better than usual. It's a little gesture, but it's so small things that deal. Bettdorf, Muscatine and Moline are the only ones I have in qc.
Big burgers, curls and ice cream! Always was a pleasant delicious experience.
I had a great friendly service! Staff friendly and checked for me on the table. I had great food too!
This is a chain. It is our favorite. We eat here at least twice a week. They have a good variety of foods.
Ordered a sourdough double with cheese. Tasted great, staff friendly, good size not giant satisfying. Fair price, worth going again.
