While in Bettendorf... read more The ownership truly made a difference. I had a disappointing experience at the West Kimberly location on my birthday at the end of October. While in Bettendorf today, I felt like I had discovered a gem. I asked whether they had the same owner, and they didn’t. The owner came over to speak with me, and I was pleasantly surprised by his genuine listening and politeness. He even offered me a complimentary item as a gesture of goodwill, even though it wasn't his restaurant that had made the mistake. The staff was very courteous, and the food was better than usual. It’s a small gesture, but those little things really matter. Bettendorf, Muscatine, and Moline are the only locations I’ve visited in the Quad Cities.
