This DD is the best! I’ve been a customer at this location for 7 years now. My job is located right near this place and I come here almost everyday to get coffee for my coworkers and I. The staff here are my favorite and are so nice and generous. I enjoy coming here almost everyday to enjoy their amazing coffees and drinks!

I work for Amazon and visit the Dunkin' Donuts down the road every morning before my shift. However, whenever I have to go to this particular location, it tends to ruin my entire day. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, they are quite incompetent. I always order a toasted English muffin and add a Beyond sausage because I can't eat cheese or egg. Every other Dunkin' has managed to accommodate my request correctly, but this location seems unable to do so. The Beyond sausage option automatically includes egg and cheese, which I can’t have, so I specifically ask for my order to be made without those items. Sadly, this is the only Dunkin' where my order has never been prepared as requested. The cashier named Theresa has remained unhelpful despite my attempts to explain the correct way to input the order, which I've seen other Dunkin' employees manage without issue. She is often stubborn and doesn’t seem willing to listen, even when I wait for a calm moment without other customers. As a last resort, I’m writing this review. Theresa is a nice person, and I genuinely hope she can learn to listen to her customers better and receive the necessary training to improve her service.
