What User doesn't like about Shane's Rib Shack:
The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. We even considered taking pictures of the burnt burger to show the chefs, as they seemed unable to grasp what had gone wrong. It was puzzling why they couldn't simply take the burgers back to the kitchen. One employee even tried to argue about a charge on the bill that she claimed wasn’t on the ticket, and we had to show it to her at the front desk.

The fried okra is fantastic! The barbecue was quite tasty as well, but I found there to be a bit too much sauce for my liking today.

The replacements for our meals were still disappointing. There were crunchy bits in the burger, and the kids' meals rarely came out right, which is unacceptable. Everyone ended up feeling sick from their meal. We won't be returning anytime soon. A few days later, we did manage to speak with a manager to inform them about our experience.
I heard a terrible stuff about her cleanliness. It was also slow, but understanding.
Good food Good customer service. But they need better seats. These stands are hard.
Great food and customer service. We actually brought out of town guests the next night and was a great experience for all of us.
