What User likes about Pizza Hut:
Once the food left the facility it took over 40 minutes to get here I live about 10 blocks away and the pizza was lukewarm. In addition, the pizza box was inside a knotted plastic bag so the heat that originally was there caused steam, which caused water, which made the box soggy. Not real pleased. View all feedback. Earlier, I called to order a pizza, but the person on the other end hung up on me. Two hours later, they finally delivered my pizza, but it was drenched in marinara sauce and hardly had any cheese. When I tried to pick it up, it was so soggy that the cheese was falling off, and my fingers were covered in sauce. I wanted to request a refund, so I explained the situation to them.
