Adair Country Inn - Bethlehem

We love coming back to Adair's every year for its welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, excellent service, and cozy setting complete with a pool table and fireplace downstairs. Although we usually give Adair's high marks, this time we experienced some slower service, especially during our meal. Also, one dish, the roasted beet salad with goat cheese, was disappointing in its presentation. Despite these small issues, we still had a good time enjoying our dinner at Adair's.

The food and service at this restaurant is excellent.
