I'm really disappointed with this restaurant. The quality has definitely gone downhill compared to before. They messed up my name and the wings were bland— the sauce was practically just water. I paid $18 for that! Plus, the pizza was rushed, soggy, and uncut. I won't be spending my hard-earned money there again.
The management needs to show some maturity and take responsibility for their mistakes. A look at Luciano's Facebook page reveals a rather immature attitude. There are plenty of better local pizzerias that don't shift blame to customers or employees with disabilities over a simple mix-up. Be sure to double-check your bill, or you might find yourself being criticized in a Facebook post by the owner.

They very clearly review bomb this establishment with FAKE 5 Star reviews because our experience warrants a negative star. I hope you aren't too hungry or on a time constraint because you wont see your food for hours and when it does finally show up you'll wish you made a frozen pizza yourself.
