I had stopped by my local subway today to pick up a sandwhich and the customer service was excellent the only was the fella with big eyes, maybe 5’11 which im assuming was the manager looked weird. He was friendly and greeted me as i walked through the door he just looked a little abnormal. So close to putting a 5 star but man was that site to see? View all feedback.

If they want to maintain quality, they shouldn't make us wait for dinner when our order wasn’t ready. This situation was really frustrating for me, especially since I’ve always been nice about it. It would be great if they could train their employees better; I hope this review is taken into consideration.
The staff informed the customers that they were from the salad section, but I overheard them discussing the manager's lack of preparation before the Thanksgiving holiday. Additionally, customers are required to get their own napkins. Why can’t they just include them in the bag?
The staff is trained but still can't get a simple order correct. I ordered the roasted chicken with honey and pickles, but instead got mayonnaise. I don't even want to mention the dressing. I won't be coming back.
Not clean, customers without masks. a person began to put my sandwich in the toaster, then it went. another person finally came over mask around kinen, pulled my sandwich out of the toaster and coughed on it while not wearing masks right. for what I command, but throw away that sandwich. I should go out when I came in, sitting on the food area I was masked. they also made it as if I had ruined their day by being there. 3 people and took 5 minutes to get a cough on sandwich. I'm never back.
Horrible Experience. Over 1 hour to get 2 sandwiches even did a mobile order). They were out of several breads, proteins, and veggies. The restaurant was filthy floor, all booths, even behind the counter). I sent my family back outside because it was so bad. They either need better management or ownership to step in. Will never go back. Absolutely Horrid Experience!!! Not worth it.
