What Eric S doesn't like about Rusty Porthole:
This is an old building on the water and it has a distinctive smell that greats you at the door. Came in on this good day with about 8 total people in the entire place. Grabbed a few appetizers ToGo. We aren 't big time drinkers and don 't really like the bar scene. But, we have come to find out on our eating adventures. That, most of the best tasting food comes from small bars or little Hole in the wall spots like t... View all feedback. What David Winn III likes about Rusty Porthole:

read moreThe Rusty Porthole is a hidden gem that offers more than meets the eye with its views of the delta and cozy atmospheric interiors. The restaurant serves up delicious dishes like lumpia, lasagna soup, ribeye steak oscar, and steak and lobster. While the food is a standout, the service can vary depending on the waitress you get. The venue itself exudes a nautical charm with sea faring decorations and a waterfront location. The staff, while not rude, can sometimes be disorganized, possibly due to the separate operations of the bar and restaurant. Overall, Rusty Porthole is a fun place to unwind and enjoy a tasty meal with a side of delta charm.
This place will surprise you, not only are the views of the delta over the bar spectacular but the bartenders and wait staff are very accommodating. The weekend...
