Absolutely horrible service. This is the 2nd time I went through the drive thru to get food and I am ot impressed with the customer service either time. And thi... read more Absolutely horrible service. This is the 2nd time I went through the drive thru to get food and I am ot impressed with the customer service either time. And this time I ordered a BBQ grilled chicken sandwich asked for a sweet tea and no tea so I got aDr pepper. I was told 5 minutes on the chicken and after sitting and waiting 10 minutes I went in to get my order. Now Inormally don't complain about braums but twice in less than a week and the service at night time is horrible. I have over 30years in customer service and I would be ashamed if this was my night crew.
