Imo's Pizza - Bethalto

Love eating here! And it's a nice place in the Wood River area which needs better restaurants.

Medium pizza with 3 toppings. Crust was doughy not cooked well enough. All I could taste was the tomato sauce. Tried to send comments through their web site but it doesn't work. Sent info to Corporate, hope they get the message. Ruined dinner Delivery lady was very friendly, that's the only good thing I can say about this place.

If I could I'd give it no stars! I absolutely love Imo's pizza but this location is absolutely terrible! We've tried getting pizza from here 6 different times the first time we ordered (which we've order the same thing everytime with one little change) the taste of STL with a pepperoni pizza. When we got it there was basically no sauce on the pizza so next time (and every time after) we order the pizza with extra sauce. BUT still came with no sauce on it, so we called and they would bring another that had the normal amount of sauce it should have which I was happy with. But this last time we called because they did it AGAIN for a fourth time and they requested the pizza back when they dropped off the new one. The new one we got was still doughy, cheese wasn't fully melted, and had at least three times the amount of sauce it should have. I tried to eat it because I love Imo's pizza so much but it was absolutely disgusting! Do not order from this place if you like Imo's because it will completely ruin it for you!

In the evening the staff is all kids. You can barely order over the noise of them playing. The food is good but not worth watching the day care while you eat it.
