11:10 in the morning and they arent even open. This is the second time this has happened to me after I have ordered online. Employees are garbage at the Bell Hill location.
Service was friendly; food subpar. Zaxby's doesn't hit like it used to.Fries were underfried, the serving I received was smaller than a small at any other chain. Wings had no sauce, guess that's how they get the food out fast, and the chicken had a mealy texture; mealy chicken is a disgrace. The Texas Toast was cold and the Tenders were the only redeeming thing.

Don’t stop here unless you plan on waiting. Ridiculous to have to wait 20 minutes at the speaker to order.
I go here every couple days hoping it’ll be a better experience than the last. Somehow it’s not. Constantly either the wrong sauce on my sandwich, or they forgot to put my cheese and bacon on my sandwich. Sometimes both. The best they can do is remember to not put pickles on my sandwich. Imagine that. They can put less stuff on my sandwich no problem but if I’m paying for more stuff? Nope, that would be too much work. I work in the restaurant industry so I understand the difficulty in finding good workers, but word of advice, you need a literate cook. How are they supposed to know what modifications are made if they clearly can’t read the screen that shows what to put on it. No exaggeration, this place has probably robbed me of at least $30 of modifications to my food over the past year or so. The worst part is, normally their line is so long and slow that it’s not even worth waiting another 30min to get them to fix it. The $2 worth of stuff they leave out every visit really starts to add up over time. Oh and one more thing I forgot to add. Never put “extra seasoning”. Apparently that’s code word to them for soggy fries and quite literally not a drop of seasoning on them.
