Just a quick stop in to get a bite to eat with friends, everything was good, hats off to the staff ,the where really handling things drive through was around the building we dined in and they where under staffed, but those guys where working there butts off , food came quick and hot View all feedback.

There were at 11:00 and ordered to take. The frits were stale, the chicken wings were small and dry, the chicken pliers were soggy, it was like the whole meal, both commands were sitting in the box for hours. Terrible tasting. Will never darken the door of this Zatsby's again! View all feedback.
Good food, slow service. Often they give the wrong order. I don't visit often.
Great food but the service sucks. I know there are lazy people in many positions especially food service but this location takes the cake. We ordered online to pick up. Got all the way home and they forgot my salad. Had to drive back to Hueytown since theydon?t give refunds to get the salad. Walked inside to never be greeted let alone smiled at. This guy assisting drive thru isconstantly on his phone, looks up and walks in back to tell another worker that I?m waiting to be helped. A girl comes to thefront looking annoyed that I need assistance and I tell her they forgot to give me the Cobb salad. She tells one of the cooks inthe back to make the salad. The salad is ready and sits on the back counter waiting to be bagged. I stand there for 10 minuteswaiting while the man assisting the drive thru sits on his phone. He had acknowledged my salad but didn?t care since the frontisn?t his job. The girl comes back to bag my salad. I ask about sauces since we paid for extra and never received them. Thedrive thru is always backed up and now I understand why. The service sucks and is slow. There were a total of 7-8 workersyesterday but was ran by what felt like 3 people. I understand if you?re short staffed and running around like a mad man buthalf of the workers were on their phones or disappeared all together. The cooks were the only ones busting their butts in therestaurant. Nothing but attitude. I won?t be visiting this location again. update My review was escalated to the managerand he sent me a gift card. We went back to this location today. Our order was taken by the same girl that helped me the firsttime. Her attitude was the same, like we were bothering her but the service was much faster. We made sure to check the bagsbefore we left and nothing was missing. I feel like the food quality was better this time around too. Also the wait time wasnight and day.
Food was good and came out quickly but, more importantly, Ashley, the manager, comped my meal when I had difficulty paying using my phone. I left my wallet at home and was going to tap to pay using my phone but couldn't get it to work correctly. I was goingto leave but she comped my meal and then refused to let me pay her back. Very nice of her to do so. Thanks again, Ashley!
