Sonic Drive-in - Bessemer

Terrible!!! At first no one came over the stand loudspeaker to take our order, then we went to drive thru to order 2 milk shakes. We were there 30 minutes. The girl in the window was super rude. I told her that she didn't react and hit the window. They are several cars that came to the stands and went while we were there, no one took order there.

I'm not really sure if the workers in this place are color blind or what their deal is, but I just ordered from this place and I ordered two green apple hoses and they give me two drinks that are red I said you're sure that there's green apple and they say yes and then go to slam the drive-dru window door in my face and I would just taste cherry them up and they'll be red

Sonic went through the drive thru to breakfast, the guy says we're not open, so I asked if you don't open at 7? He didn't say anything else. I'm moving to the window and he's standing to the window with his back. There were cars behind me that were pulled around and said no one came over the speaker to say something. He was really rude. If there was a staff problem, he should have talked to the speaker and said: "I'm sorry that we don't have a cook at that time, or whatever the problem was, and then just put a note on it while trying to get it right. He clearly needs to be a class in the administration / a shift leader because it is a better way to handle the line of cars

Sonic is always wonderful. They are prompt and take your order to taste. I go there often.
