The air vents were caked with dust, and there were holes in the ceiling that didn’t inspire confidence. The salad bar was particularly unappealing, with smudged handprints on the sneeze guard and a backsplash that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages—easily visible from our table over 30 feet away. The prices were exorbitant for food that tasted like frozen meals. For instance, a glass of diet coke cost $3.79! While our waitress was friendly, she was overly persistent about suggesting upgrades, to the point where my wife had to firmly decline at least five times—which made us consider leaving. **Conclusion:** It’s clear why Ruby Tuesday is struggling; our experience was truly disappointing.

I wouldn't be surprised if this location closes down soon. The bar and waitstaff seemed more interested in socializing than in attending to the customers.

The s... read more This place is HORRIBLE!!!! We arrived at 5:30 and was seated immediately. Took the waitress 20 minutes to take our order and another 35 minutes to get it. The salad bar was not appealing at all. No lettuce nor tomatoes and salad dressing was spilled all over the bar. Our food finally came and we were not pleased at all. We will definitely not dine here again

And my cake ice cream was delicious. I will come back to this location again. Hope you will too.
