I have been all OVER the south. From New Orleans to Charleston. Miami to Knoxville. I promise you will never find a better shrimp n grits than at Plush Bar and Grill. Typically the food is GOODT. BUT the past few times it hasn't been???? and that saddens me. And this time my boyfriend and I currently have food poisoning???? or what appears to be. I don't know if it's time to switch someone up in the kitchen but man the quality or certain dishes just isn't what it used to be . Definitely a must stop while traveling through Bessemer Alabama. Tkay my bartender/waitress was wonderful and is such a wonderful person. She had such a great attitude and made me feel welcome from being out of town.

DJ Phase II was EVERYTHING!!!!!! It was not a big crowd on our last night in Birmingham but the DJ was so good we couldn't leave. The drinks were good also. The only down fall was that the bartender prices kept changing evertime we ordered a drink. Other than that this place is a great for a mature crowd Nd great music.
Love the staff very friendly and warm welcome, nice atmosphere and vibe music good food,
Great ambiance with indoor outdoor seating options. Staff and management with impeccable customer service. Great event venue.
