Jack's - Bessemer

The restaurant was very short-staffed and they forgot something from my order. I called back, and they had it ready for me when I returned. I would have given a 5-star rating, but my cookies were overcooked and the chicken seemed a bit old. However, I did get the last chicken for the night.

I typically have a great experience at Jack's! This time, I went through the drive-thru and ordered my usual favorite, the classic apple cake. It was just as delicious as always! I wanted to take a picture of it, but I ended up eating it too quickly! You definitely need to try their apple cake; it's fantastic!

The lines move quickly, which is great for those of us in a hurry to grab food before heading to work. The staff is efficient, and my orders are always spot on. I really love this place!

The food is and the service is much better during the morning hours compared to the night shift. I don't know if it's management or what, but the quality of the service is not the same. There is nothing wrong with the attitude of young people and young adults, but not compromise in service. Keep the standards and service you have built. Thank you.

I've only been through this Jack's drive thru a handful of times. The food has been good. The biggest thing that I have taken note of is that they give me the total, I pay, they hand me my order. No Thank you, No Have a nice day, etc...If you want that go across 459 to Mcdonalds off Morgan Road where the sweetest women at their drive thru will smile, thank you, and wish you a blessed day.
