Had a situation where phone died and forgot to transfer money… they were nice enough to let us charge our phone in the car and wait inside till it turned on Great till the wait became almost more than my meal. Thinking I was paying 56 dollars then come to find out they over charged us for 88 dollars I tried disputing the cost with bank but sadly they could not do anything about it bank suggested get in touch with them. I thought ok they should be able to see the receipt and what was actual amount that i was charged. Mind me we ate there Sep 10th for our anniversary now it’s almost the end of October yet to be able to speak to a manager or get a call back. When asked when will I be able to speak to the manager turns out that they don’t have one so I was told and that one of the managers from another one of there locations would contact me and yet nothing. Honestly its a very nice place but make sure you check how much your getting charged at the end

To start off... read more Hello my name is Alma Almanza and I visited the establishment Friday 8 25. Beautiful place but I didn’t have the greatest experience unfortunately. To start off I made a reservation for 7 ppl at 11:30 we arrived shortly after half my party was there early but no table or designated area was prepared. We ordered drinks and as we were drinking ALL of us notice there is fruits flys in ALL the drinks. My mom pulled 7 out of her drink and we called the waiter over and asked if they were part of the drink because in Mexico there is something similar but she just grabbed the drinks and didn’t even apologize.She took 2 and left my mothers behind.That was absolutely disgusting there wasn’t just 1 or 2 there was SEVERA in each drink. Aside from that we continuously asked for refills but the waiter needed to be reminded several times and long long waits in between. Also a lot of our food was wrong we didn’t know why the waiter was having such a hard time so we were embarrassed continuing to correct repeat our self’s. Unfortunately I have gi problems so I had to ask for a remake but the rest of my party was pretty embarrassed to bother since she seamed to be having a hard time already. Restaurant was pretty quiet and there was maybe 1 or 2 other tables that arrived. My experience was poor and we are very disappointed in the cleanliness and service from the establishment. Definitely would not have tipped if it wasn’t for it being already included.

The drinks she made were incredible. She made sure we were well attended to and was wonderful with holding a conversation. I think I'd go back just bc of her service!

Inesse was fully knowledgeable concerning the types of drinks being order (like a french 75) and she made them well my pina colada was delicious. Inesse presented excellent Hospitality throughout a high pressure evening coupled with her own personal private situation happening simutaneously. Inesse exuded poise and management qualities if not the Owner. She worked along side one cook who understood English but couldn't speak it well enough. My food was good I had no complaints.I would go back. They have a jukebox up on the wall you download a particular app then purchase credits to play music ?. They have limited parking, but street parking is available. also they have a corner setup for pictures or selfies. I give them 4.9 only because of the parking.
