I wanted to add the new Nashville hot sauce to my bucket chicken strip. When they told me it was a charge of .50 PER STRIP!!! I wanted to know if I could get on only 5 of the strips of sauce because I never tried. The cashier then told me that he would add the sauce for me without a fee. I used to be the G.M. of u-restaurant and this is a good example of customer service. The sauce was great and we order from there more often at work now.

However, it was still better than many other locations I... read more On January 20, 2018, I tried the mixed bucket, which unfortunately did not include the grilled chicken. However, it was still better than many other locations I've visited. The wedges and fried chicken were delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly; they even told the man in front of us that they would bring his order to his table. I've never experienced that level of service, especially at a KFC!
