My family and I went to try the new trend (grilled cheese sandwich). The kids were so excited and the plan was to eat in. As soon as wewalked in we noticed the temperature was cold. As if we were still outside (27°F). We ordered our food and tried to sit in anarea that was warmer but THERE WAS NONE. We even told them we wanted to eat it. Our food was packaged in bags and they thankedus for coming as if they were unaware of our decision to sit inside. The cold temperature plus the disregard for our sit inrequest; we decided to leave Seems like that was what they wanted anyway.

The cashier immediately was r... read more This was a failed experience from hello. My wife and I came in excited to try the This grilled cheese burger that I saw on TikTok. The cashier immediately was rude and called a co worker over to hear us repeat the order again but I wasn?t let in onthe joke. The food was not good. The soda pop machine was trash everything in it was flat tasting. The fries were first wayover salted. Then when we returned them they next batch was under cooked. And to top it all off The people working there ,except for the manager, were terrible. I have probably written a bad review two or three times in my 44 years of life. Normallyif the food, product or service is bad I normally address it there and if it?s still unresolved I never come back to thatestablishment. But this was just ridiculous. I hate I can?t get my time , money and wasted calories back.

The place was clean and the workers were helpful in explaining the choices to us. Free peanuts while you wait for your food and good seating. Great burgersand fries! Nice atmosphere, and I?m happy to give five stars to five guys workers.

With 2 burgers, 1 shared order of fries and 1 Co... read more My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch while running errands. It had been a while since we'd been there. With 2 burgers, 1 shared order of fries and 1 Coke, our bill was $30+. For a few bucks more, we could have gone to Wildfire and had tableservice for our burgers. Five guy's was tasty, but probably will not be back for a while.
