I make the best coff... read more This Dunkin' is actually pretty good. I just started working here last week, and I love it. Everyone is really nice, and the boss is great. I make the best coffee and iced coffee. I think this job will be a great fit for me because I've worked at two other Dunkin' locations before. The first one was okay, but I didn’t like the boss, and the second was also fine, but I like this one the best.

The only thing she said during our visit... read more At Dunkin', there were only two of us in the store, yet it still took five minutes for the employee to acknowledge us. The only thing she said during our visit was, "Is that it?" She placed our drinks on the counter and walked away without another word. Another time, I ordered ahead from the menu, but when I arrived 10 minutes later, my order wasn't ready. When I finally received it, it was incorrect.

I ordered an iced coffee and a bagel at the drive-thru just a few minutes ago. I had to wait a long time at the front, and they didn't give me a straw. When the girl finally brought out my bagel, I kindly asked her for a straw, but she told me to go inside to get one. I wasn't even bothered by the wait, but when I got back to my car, my coffee spilled all over because there was a hole in the bottom of the cup. I really do not recommend this place.
