This attention to detail really makes it clear that they care about their vegan offerings, rather than just checking a "vegan" box. I was initially skeptical because I typically enjoy my mock meat burgers and am not drawn to classic veggie patties. However, that changed quickly. I ordered the Double Fury Burger, which showcased two distinct patties: a cauliflower and broccoli patty alongside a chickpea and pumpkin patty. Honestly, the taste of this dish was incredible, bringing back memories of some of the best meat burgers I've had. It's fantastic to have a restaurant like this, with such impressive offerings, right here in the southeast suburbs of Melbourne, an area often overshadowed by the inner city.
