In-store service poor and drive thru service is ok but don't count on getting napkins through the drive thru. Not bad for deep fried chicken bones!!With the prices you pay at KFC you expect better quality food and at least good service.Don't be to surprised if they simply throw back into the fryer an item that has been given back by a customer. We usually order online and pick up through the drive though. Each time we pick up the order, items like either the sauce, the chips, the drink, something is missing and when we try to call, they never answer the phone! Terrible service! This is is the last time I am buying from this place!

Ordered chicken box with half a bread roll. When Confronted the answer was that was the peak time and ran out of bread.... and to come and pick up a bun tomorrow. What an insult....
Yesterday afternoon, I dined at the restaurant with my friend Elise. I ordered the Double Tender Burger without lettuce, while Elise opted for the Original Fillet Burger. We also shared a serving of chips. The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was prompt.
This is our local KFC. On numerous occasions, we've ordered here and had to wait more than twenty minutes for our takeaway food. Staff here are young and lack a sense of urgency. They are either understaffed to cope with the demand sometimes there have been 2 or 3 other customers which I would think meant it wasn't busy or poorly trained. Orders take ages to arrive and twice have been incorrect and or cold. KFC management need to step in here and take control of the ordering and cooking process twenty minutes plus is far too long to wait for take away. Give this store a miss.

Popped in for a quick snack for lunch on a busy work day. Place my order clearly as per the menu, the price quoted was higher than the menu board, "oh we automatically upsize our orders", did I ask for an upsize?Order arrives, I drive off and there is no spoon for the potato and gravy, they dont automatically give out these items, am I meant to lick it out of the tub?Both these are common problems with kfc's in this area, and regional management have being approached, but they do nothing.
Pulled in here bcos it was pouring down rain and went through drive thru. great quick service and the zinger breast was very good quality. just the right amount of salt on chips as well
Always a good fresh Dinner Box, I can have my 5 things for lunch in 1 box, bread, chicken,potato,gravey & drink for a reasonable price
