I think it's important for the staff to receive proper training on how to brew it correctly. Nobody wants to pay for something that isn’t drinkable.

Today I went in for an iced latte, but they only offered decaf coffee. You've just lost my business. Seriously, get it together! I definitely can't recommend this place.
