I've been here 3 times so far and the manager is very friendly and so are the employees. Drinks made perfectly! The only criticism I would say is that every time I have been in here there are always flies and tiny bugs flying around inside the sweet bread display case. The cashier will always ask if I'd like something to eat with my coffee but I look over inside the case and it grosses me out. View all feedback.

So... I'm just super annoyed.... i pay 7-10 bucks for 1 drink and it's never made the way I ask, nor is it even made the regular way starbucks makes it, it lacks flavor and no wonder everyone in this hillbilly hell prefers Dutch bros (personally I'd rather drink watered down starbucks than that watery mess they call coffee) but serious, get on your game, I don't like paying so much money for something that I know for fact should taste way better. And ffs... stop closing before the sun goes down; it's ridiculous!
My go to in crescent city. Long lines but worth it. Always gets my drink correct and the food is tasty. Worth the wait!

We Googled Starbucks in Crescent City to see how long they were open and saw that they closed at 7:00 pm. We arrive a little after 4:00 pm and ordered our coffee. At 4:25 pm they announced that they would be closing in 5 minutes. We asked why they were closing so early and they offered no response!
The service was not great, I had to wait a very long time for the caramel frappuccino, and when I received it, it just didn't taste right. The bathroom was very dirty. There was a man wandering the parking lot who looked unstable and had several knives strapped to his leg. He appeared to be homeless. The counters inside also looked very dirty.
