I walked in and stood in line. The girl at the counter was preparing a sandwich for someone else. When she noticed me, she told me to wait because she had an online order to handle next. I accepted this and waited patiently. When it was finally my turn, I ordered a 6-inch pizza sub. She replied that they don't serve those and seemed annoyed while making my sandwich. When I reached the register, she tossed the sandwich onto the counter in front of me, rang it up, and then walked away without any further interaction.
I ordered delivery through an app and specifically requested no onions or peppers due to dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, when I received my sub, it was not only cold but also contained both onions and peppers, which I had to remove myself. This was a major disappointment.
