While I have no complaints about the food or service at this restaurant, I am disappointed that there is no washroom or handwashing station available. It is essential to have proper hygiene practices in place, such as washing your hands before eating.
Super service and a super team that served us. There were a lot of customers and we didn't feel any lag. Well done for the organization and service.
I went to eat at a restaurant with a group of 7 people. They should consider providing English lessons, as I had to translate for the teenagers who did not speak French.
Lady who started our order was a great help with initial sandwich making. She started communicating in French, and since I knew little French, I responded in English. She eagerly searched for words to assist with my choices, and she was a great help. Then I moved over to the next worker; she too addressed me in French. I tried responding in English while pointing out the ingredients I wished to have on the sandwich. She immediately rudely told me not to touch the glass cover of the display. However, when I would point to the vegetables I wanted from far away from production, she could not tell what I wished... The frustration was immense. I felt like leaving but thought it would be rude to do so. I ended up settling on ingredients she could understand and paying for my sandwich. The sandwich I wanted, I couldn't get help with because of an employee who did not wish for me to leave fingerprints on her display. The language barrier is an issue, yet many people provide superior service despite it. The way this worker treated me is simply unacceptable
