The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the bread is truly delightful.

The staff here is fantastic, especially Jess. However, the manager is a total nightmare. They don't sell cars anymore, champ; the way they treat their staff is unacceptable, and they shouldn't be in this position. Most cheese and speck rolls are often burnt, just like many of the pizzas. If you head to Hornsby, the food is always delicious.

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed, but with every loaf of bread I've bought, the white toast slices are cut thicker than they should be. In the last five loaves I purchased, I ended up losing 10 slices because of this issue. When I inquired at the bakery, I was told that the blade sounds blunt and they might need to replace it. For $4.40 a loaf, which isn’t cheap, losing that many slices is a significant problem for me. I could easily buy bread from Coles, but I prefer the quality from Baker's Joy. I always want to support local businesses, but I'm just a bit disappointed.
