2 evenings with 5-course menu in the thierry roussel. incredible quality. aromen, compilation, textur., all perfect and at the highest level. an evening menu from the card and on the 2nd evening we put the cook together. it was just perfect. the excellent service and wine tasting at the place! is looking forward to the next time!.

never again! 1.5 hours waiting for the appetizer, 2 hours waiting for the main dish, constantly cold air through the open door. the white scavenger had no wavy, audible crimp panation, the jakobsmuschels were tiny, the noble fish portion very clearly, and the coffee as compensation for the long waiting period extremely bitter. In this restaurant is served a particularly tasty, tasteful and with sweet prepared meals! with very good ingredients, no prefabricated ingredients from the retorte .
My wife and I are for a short holiday in the region and have eaten tonight. the restaurant is not located on the main street, but in a residential area and it seems quite inconspicuous from the outside. but what you get in quality is really fantastic. friendly, attentive staff, a really pleasant atmosphere and an eating that is among the best we have ever eaten. absolute star.
A real discovery! very fine kitchen with many surprises, culinary and crafty at very high level. and the foods of the menu order are chosen so that you can choose the 5 or 6-course menu without being overwhelmed. good wee and a very nice service at the table.

Our highlight in the Mosel holiday is the visit to Roussel 's Restaurant La Bonne Address in Bernkastel Andel. Yesterday it was ready. We were very kindly received and led to the lovingly covered table. As house guests, we had pre-ordered an assault and were thrilled. Each course has been accurately explained and an accompanying wine recommended on request. First self-baked bread with herbal butter with lava and truffle salt, a pleasure. The amuese gueules were various appetite exciters, also wonderful. There followed an analystomate lush with Styrian pumpkin seed oil, a poem. The main course consisted of a calfsroulade a la Saltimbocca, potato puree and tube slices, all to the point. To dessert, the kitchen surprised us with a crisp cream bruelee with raspberry ice cream. All courses were of excellent quality and were served beautifully. To finish an espresso, it's not better. The restaurant is an enrichment for Andel. We continue to wish a lot of success and look forward to seeing you again.
Two lovely meals here in the past in the indoor restaurant accompanied by our little dog. Back in Andel for a third time sadly informed no dogs in the restaurant but could sit outside. Sadly it was cold and windy and outside and it made us feel unwanted. So we did not book and went elsewhere.
At Easter (Sunday, 9.4.23) we were registered at the restaurant for the Easter menu. It was the first time we were there. First of all we were welcomed very nice and friendly. The assigned table was nicely covered, one sat very comfortably on the couch or in the armchair. The wine map that was presented to us at the beginning was very surprised. Great wines from the region and also finest international wines were offered at very moderate prices. At the beginning there were various self-baked bread varieties with a self-made beard liquor cream, with truffle salt. The Amuse-Gueule was also a dream. A fine creamy beard liquor soup and a tartin with tomato were served as a preliminary and intermediate. The main course consisted of a vegetarian and a fleshy variant. Both were very delicious and served in a normal serving. The dessert consisted of a chocolate cake with a liquid core, with berries and a self-made vanilla ice cream. At the end, we still enjoyed espresso and an excellent liqueur. Everything in all was perfect: super service, great ambience, excellent quality of all meals. We are happy to come back soon!! Here you can spend your time! We had the Easter menu and had already been asked when booking whether this would correspond to our ideas. Greetings from the kitchen already aroused great anticipation for the further course of the evening. After a competent, very friendly wine advice, the fine Bärlauchsüppchen opened the culinary vinegar very finely elaborate flavors! This was then the cover of the South French biotomate on a parmese in nothing delicious! Also to our satisfaction the fine calfsroulade to Saltimboca Art in a wonderful asparagus Ragout. To crown the hot chocolate cake with the homemade vanilla ice cream. In February I found the house Roussel via Google Maps rather random. The bid read itself as a guest-oriented overall concept. Restaurant Guest room Apartment Weingut Cosmetics. A comprehensive offer to attract locals and holidaymakers. The most important thing for our planned trip: we liked the current (seasonally changing menu). In short, I called. Mrs Roussel welcomed our reservation for the early evening. And so we arrived in Andel on time. The Navi led us to the very well maintained new building. But fortunately, we are all so digitalized and can inform us in advance. On-site parking is available on site. And as ordered for us, a cat looked kindly at us from the side entrance. Nothing could go wrong. . Once in the restaurant we were kindly greeted by an employee and accompanied to our two table. At first we felt very welcome and comfortable. Bright and very well maintained is the guest room. . The menu was served and we were allowed to choose in peace. In the meantime, our first beverage requests were accepted. Gerolstein mineral water, 0.75 l € 6.30. A second bottle followed in the evening. I chose 1 Gin Tonic 6,90 for aperitif. My lover was allowed to drive us home safely and stayed at the fine-bellied Eifel source vintage 2022. After our late “light” lunch in Traben Trarbach was unexpectedly luxuriant, we now unfortunately only dared at 3 courses to € 46,00. The current menu addressed us completely. Shortly after the order, for the first famine home baked bread, 2 kinds of salt – butter beaten up was served. Fresh bread and good, especially the fresh generously rich bread. 2 kinds of salt and butter But also the different salt aromas are always beautiful. Little later I saw the Amuse Bouche close.
