In Dedesdorf a tunnel passes under the Weser, but various ferry connections connect the western with the eastern Weser side. This begins in Lemwerder Vegesack, Motzen Blumenthal, Berne Farge, Brake – Sandstedt and Blexen – Bremerhaven. The two last mentioned ferries have a kiosk on board, where you can buy travel proviant, in Vegesack is a snack at the ferry terminal, and here in Motzen also, the ferry snack and kiosk of Renate Domanitzki. The building has come in the years, but inside it made a clean condition. In addition to magazines and sweets, you can also get coffee to go, or also warm food such as Bratwurst and Pommes Frites. Beck’s beer and holsten beer are run in cans, and hunter masters are available for the detuned stomach. In the snack there are seats and standing places, two toilets for ladies and gentlemen, but I have not visited them. At the time, a slot machine also hangs on the wall. I ordered a bratwurst, there's a mustard and a slice of baguette on the cardboard. It is roasted in the fryer, it costs € 1.50 there. After Easter, I'll try the giant curry sausage there. Overall, a great way for passengers of the ferry “Rönnebeck” to get something, although the waiting time for the ferry is very short.
