In May and June we enjoy the asparagus time in various localities, preferably in a special environment. An acquaintance knew the Weserblick from earlier and ordered a table there on Sunday. You simply follow the sign of the Berne/Farge ferry and you are already at the investor and at the parking lot of the restaurant. Some steps lead up to the entrance and the terrace. There were still delicate 19 degrees outside, so we decided to review the reserved table first. It was brilliant in the conservatory, just in front of the disc and with direct view of Weser and the ferry. Sure, we stayed here and were happy about the view. A service force brought the cards shortly after and we asked for our favorite wine. Of course there was Pinot Grigio and after the order we looked into the map. One side was reserved for the asparagus and I found the captain with agitator and crabs as well as smoked salmon very exciting. As always my companion chose the asparagus with ham. After about 20 minutes, the foreman came in the form of a wooden plate with ham and very appealing. Shortly afterwards there was a bowl of potatoes and the waitress had asked about the sauce before. We like to eat Hollandaise, not much, but a little bit. My companion got his asparagus presented with the promise that the remaining chips are kept warm and always laid down. We found that good. My plate, see photo was the show! The smoked salmon of good quality, the scrambled egg fluffy with many crabs on it and the asparagus? a poem. Of course, cooked and seasoned, neither too salty nor too laff and an aroma just great. We agreed that this was the best asparagus we had eaten this season(until now). During the waiting period we looked at the Weser, the ferry, the ships simply magnificent. It worked wonderfully and we felt well looked after. A really successful asparagus dinner on Sunday. In short, we were invited by a business partner, but I still know the prices of the asparagus dishes. My plate came 25. Euro, with ham came the asparagus 27.90 Euro. I was only able to find out that my judgment was more true of the relationship.
