Mobile p... read more Here the Commissioner Random was back in the game. I had tried to worship another restaurant. Suddenly I noticed the lighting. I saw the sign, La Casa. Mobile phone looked out on the app and it wasn't to find in Bernburg. That made me even more curious. So plan change and get in the La Casa. The first impression seemed very cool to me. There were 2 visitors in the restaurant. There are about 40 people. At Thresen stood the service and welcomed me kindly. I was looking for a table The service came and gave me the menu, she asked for the drink. They had Spanish beer name San Miquel. I ordered that. At the sight of the map much to me, small and finely held. As an appetizer I ordered tuna tapa for 3,60 € and as the main course the Rumpsteak ,Provonce 200 g with baked open potatoes and homemade herbal butter 15,50 € . I asked if the Rumpsteak is also nice and tender. This was severely chased by the service force. When ordering, it was not asked about the cooking level as I want the steak. She then came out of the kitchen a short time later and asked. All right, let's surprise you. After about 10 min the appetizer came, nicely served and it tasted very good. For mine, there might be a little bit more salt then it would have been perfect. Another 5 min later came the main course. Unfortunately, I didn't get a steak knife. I asked about such a thing, but I couldn't hand me out, because they had no steak knives. I then learned that this restaurant has only been open since Easter. The steak was perfectly prepared, full to the point and very delicate. The cream on the potato was also fresh and tasted. The herbal butter very well in taste and you tasted the herbs, very fresh. I brought the service power to the table and ordered another bump steak, but only one steak and this please fried English 7.00 . That's what I got to the table in a short time. Also this piece of meat perfectly fried and very delicate and juicy. This cook understands his craft and I was thrilled. I was surprised and happy that I found this restaurant. The invoice was 31.30 My conclusion: I can recommend La Casa, because it is offered a fresh kitchen with good products. I hope that the concept that operators have to breathe and find its guests will prevail. Here I will definitely be a repeater. Unfortunately, I lacked a dessert on the map, because I would definitely have tried that. The price performance ratio is completely fine here.
