However, this restaurant is better than the average. You can choose how hot you want your food and it is boiled...fresh in wok. We eat there regularly and never had a complaint.

From the outside the restaurant looks a bit like a warehouse, but internally it was modern, well decorated and clean. It's all you eat buffet... but as per...other review there was a printed message saying that wasting would be charged to 8€. The buffet consisted of cold and hot starters; scattered yarns, spring rolls, sushi, dim sum (1 variety), etc. The most important courses are made by selecting meat, fish and seafood plus vegetables (potatoes, bean sputs, bamboo shoots, etc.), which are then cooked before you in a wok. There is a choice of about 12, or so, sauces from mild to hot.... Honey and sesame, black bean, Sate, Curry, Szechuan etc.). There were also spits of seafood that they grilled. One of our groups was disappointed when they grilled their squid, but they woke it. Desserts were fresh fruits, coconut balls and common Chinese Restaurent Fayre. Ice creams were prepared from a commercially available type and charged as extra. Drinks contain wine at the carafe. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly and helpful, In the evening there were minimal amounts of food in the buffet, but it was refilled and therefore fresh. Dishes were not marked and therefore one of our parties had their first experience with Calamari and frog legs! We usually visited a Chinese restaurant, in another city, but that made a nice change and we would visit again. We like our food served hot and cooked before serving made it good and hot! Something that a buffet cannot always give.

The pieces are made on request (except wok and desserts), and are therefore of quality (makis, brochettes, sashimis, etc.). The service was also very aggressive, with the sense of reception and customer relationship! We'll be back of course!

Madame is friendly and smiling and explains the concept with humor. A beautiful rediscovery because the quality of the kitchen improved compared to 6 years ago
