The worst part of... read more Unfortunately, the Italian herb and cheese bread seemed overbaked. I accepted it, but the crust was too hard to eat, so I had to break it off. The worst part of my experience was when I was told my bill was $12.40. I agreed and entered my card without paying close attention. After the charge went through, I noticed a tip had been added to my receipt, making the total $14.26. I did not authorize this tip, and it was included without my consent. If I return to this Subway, I will be more careful with my bill. While I don’t mind tipping, it shouldn’t be added automatically.

I had been looking forward to enjoying a sub, but it felt like their clock didn’t match the time on our phones.
