After a long time not bein in the Kursaal my wife and I decided to treat ourselves and got the Asian buffet at Yu in the Kursaalhotel in Bern. The food was simply delicious, there was plenty to choose from and to try (entree, main course as well as an amazing dessert area). We were there for brunch on Sunday. I think it's a bit late that it doesn't start until 11:30. Elsewhere, brunch starts earlier, e.g. 10:30. In terms of atmosphere, I would prefer rooms with a view of the outside, sometimes there is a bit of a bunker atmosphere. At 1:30 p.m. the dessert buffet ran out of double cream (and it wasn't refilled), various types of ice cream were practically empty, and you could still scra... View all feedback.
