We reserved for a group and not many other people were in the restaurant, but service was extremely slow. Food wasn't bad but not spectacular either. What I find out of place is that one even pays for tap water... View all feedback.
Very Friendly Staff, they realised that I was still hungry and brought me another portion. Thank you for being guest orientated!

Sehr schönes, zentrales Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal... einziges Manko, was mir nicht gefallen hat : Teppichboden in Fluren und Zimmern... für 3 Personen und rund 400 Fr. für 2 Zimmer nicht zeitgemäsd
Top Hotel im Zentrum von Zürich. Service ist freundlich, schnell und nett.
Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer zu einem absolut fairen Preis, das nächste mal in Bern sehr gerne wieder im The Bristol!
