The Beef Burger - Bern

Easily rivals Holy Cow in Zurich (and other places) for burgers when in Switzerland. You can take one of the (limited) options or build your own burger with whatever salad and stuff you want. Not exactly cheap, about 25CHF for burger+fries+drink, but it's a good-sized burger, cooked and assembled right in front of you. Staff are friendly, and English is not a problem. At time of this review, they are building a seating area but at the moment you can either stand at a ledge inside to eat or take it away.

The burgers are awesome. If you like beef, you got to check this place out. There are lady burgers, normal burgers and double-sized burgers available. Prices are in the range from 10 to 25 CHF.

The beef burger was good but with the pommes fries I couldn't be friends. I don't like it. I have to complain that the whole thing was locally sloppy and the tables were not cleaned. not to repeat.

Here you build your own burger. Nearly every taste is catered for and the finished product is burger heaven.

We stopped by for a quick bite in the afternoon after traveling from Lucerne, with 4 kids. We had planned to eat dinner about 2 hours later but we were stuffed after having these delicious burgers! The kids loved the double cheese, I made my own and my husband had a big burger (not sure which one,) we got some fries also and everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything!The service was also fantastic! Our first round of burgers was undercooked for the kids, but they immediately made brand new ones quite quickly, no questions asked. They make the burgers right in front of you and it's very clean! Definitely check this place out! Delish!
