We happened to pass by this restaurant on our way to the bear park. It's a family run restaurant with a good selection of food. We tried the veal sausage and the perch fillet with salad. The portion of the food was large. This Restaurant...offered one of the tastiest meals I have had in Switzerland. Definitely a must try place of your in Bern View all feedback.

Terrible service, very slow, very rude. Had trouble when trying to pay with my credit card, was told that maybe I forgot my pin. In the end, I was charged SEVEN 7 times! It's one thing to screw up, it's another to insult the client while doing it. I really wish I had brought my business somewhere else. View all feedback.
The situation is good, this is the only positive from my point of view. We went and had the fondue and pommes/Nugget from the children's menu. Fondue-Brot was stabbed and the heat went off. The frits and nuggets tasted like frozen school meal. The service was usually terrible and unstoppable. For example, we asked many times for tap water and were ignored (it was simply not brought to us! .
Nice food and good services, not too expensive for being in the city either.
We went at 1:20 p.m. and they didn't want to give us a table when there were 4 free.
Pleasant, well attended, delicious Fondeu. Relaxed atmosphere.
The restaurant was completely empty, but the service wasn't very accommodating when we just wanted to have a drink and a portion of fries.
