It is the 2nd time we come from Lausanne for Mille Sens and it is so worth it!! The food is amazing, the chef is very talented and attentive and the staff very professional and friendly! Excellent restaurant!!

Mille Sens is outstanding for a business or casual lunch. The menu has 4 courses and is presented in a bento box format. The quality of the ingredients and presentation is amazing and the blend of flavors inventive and delicious and it's all great value for money. You can also have the à la carte menu and choose 2 or 3 courses. They have a good wine list by the glass as well.The staff were very attentive and efficient. The decor is minimalist--a bit too much for my taste but not a deterrent.Other reviews mentioned how difficult it is to find--it's not. You have to go through a small passage (Schweizerhof Passage) from Spitalgasse and it's in a little courtyard on the first floor. You can also go through the Schweizerhof hotel.I definitely want to try Mille Sens again for dinner.

Great food, wine and service. We had the three course surprise menu with matching wines, and really enjoyed the experience. Our favourite was the Japanese sea bass main course, which was a good combination of favours and textures. Overall, we really enjoyed the occasion and would highly recommend it.

We had lunch at Mille Sens during our recent visit in Bern. We took tuna tataki as starter. For main course, I had green & white asparagus while my husband had sirloin steak. All dishes were very delicious. The service was first class. Definitely deserve its top rating.
