Matte Brennerei - Bern

We had a nice time at the Absinthe workshop that me and my colleagues attended during a work trip. The explainations were good and the workshop (under our request) was held in english . We had a lot of fun in choosing botanics for our own absinthe blend, distill it and in tasting, all togheter, the results of our work. We also had the chance to taste a moltitude of gins and liquors. Unfortunately we dont have infos about the price since the workshop was organized by our company.

We were able to enjoy a gin workshop with friends in the very beautiful location of the Matte Distillery. Simon is a great workshop leader. Authentic, relaxed, competent, funny, likeable. We learned a lot about the origins and production of gin. At the end we went home with a bottle of homemade gin. Great experience! Thanks Simon, thanks Matte Brewery :

Bewertung bezieht sich auf Gin Dine Event. Sehr spannender und interessanter Abend. Das Team hat super durch den Abend moderiert mit enormen Wissen. Degu war richtig fein und Räumlichkeit ist sehr cool. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
