We just left again straight away. Pizzerias are a dime a dozen. Maybe in the future you will hire employees who want to work.

They apologized to me over the phone and confirmed in writing that they would strongly train the branch's employees. Additionally, I was refunded the amount of my entire order. There is still no statement from the local branch management. I also find it unacceptable that not all contact addresses for complaints are published by the branch (but sometimes via Google Reviews). Original: On January 3, 2024, I bit on a pit (probably an apricot) in the penultimate piece of my Porcini Pizza (order no. 06-24-012-71). This is absolutely unacceptable. I took a photo and reported the incident on site and to an internal Dieci email address. I was promised a voucher, but I have no interest in ordering from Dieci again. If Dieci were sorry and serious about apologizing, they would offer a refund and not a voucher.
