Familiar italian-like place with many dishes and menus (way better for economic options as individual items are much more expensive). Food is ok, nothing to write home about, and in good quantities. Service was friendly although a bit rushed and delayed. Good environment as well. Overall a place where you can have lunch or dinner with many options, most local, for a fair price (comparatively speaking) in bern city ce... View all feedback.
What Sunshine Haynie doesn't like about Anker:
The location is very nice. Unfortunately the service was catastrophic. An Aperol was poured down my back and the service just said I got more. I didn't want to pay this but she only wanted to deduct 5 chf even though it cost over 11 chf. Simply an impudence. The food, the liver, tasted like rubber and the salad had probably been sitting somewhere for two days. They definitely don't know spices. I haven't eaten so bad... View all feedback.
Albertus Rösti, with a single bratwurst, not as shown on menu displayed. Fish, just a vert small half fillet on a bed of potatoes! Salad of lettuce only, topped with mayo. Our group was so seated shoulder to shoulder, and back to back.
This place is recommended by my brother it comes out really good Me my friends order spaghetti aglio olio, chicken wings movenpick ice cream
Had our first meal here and was happy with everything.
Very nice food but the service is very bad, the waitress was very rude when took the order knowing that we didn’t know the Swiss type food, then every time we asked something she make bad faces, when we went to paid was the same. It’s a shame the food is good but give a bad experience of Swiss customers service
Rustic Swiss food and atmosphere in the center of Bern. well
