Got order wrong despite me saying it a few times clearly. Slow initial preparation and longer still to fix mistake. Service staff don’t seem to care and joked around their mistake instead of apologising sincerely or making any gesture. Would avoid this mall food court entirely and just eat elsewhere.

If I... read more When I ordered a vegan wrap, I was offered a selection of sauces. Only after I inquired did it turn out that none of the three sauces mentioned were vegan. If I order a vegan dish, I don't want to have to double-check every step of the way to make sure everything is vegan. If I had just trusted them, I would now have a non-vegan sauce on my wrap. I don't want to know how many people this has happened to... And the tofu was unseasoned and tasted of nothing.
