The staff member confirmed the name with me and brought the bottle from the fridge. From a distance, she held it up to confirm it was the one I wanted. I motioned for her to come closer and gently reached toward the bottle, hoping to hold it briefly so I could read the label more clearly, since the menu had no tasting notes. At that moment, she pulled the bottle back abruptly and gave me a disapproving look, as if I had done something wrong. Her reaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I immediately let her know I wasn’t interested in ordering anymore and returned the menu. I left without ordering, as I don’t support this kind of treatment toward guests.
