Visited one evening during th... read more Based on the recent reviews here, Im glad im not the only one who was left severely disappointed with my dining experience at vox. Visited one evening during the week in January to have dinner. While it wasn’t busy at all, the service was unbelievably slow; took about 15 mins to see a menu or to be offered anything to drink and then another good 20 minutes to order. Food was incredibly boring and bland so much that I had to ask for salt to even season it. Every course took an incredibly long time to arrive, staff walked around without acknowledging guests and I had to go find someone twice to ask for an extra bottle of water. What was supposed to be a straightforward dinner turned into a two hour long and uncomfortable dining experience devoid of taste or service. Definitely something that is not to be expected of the grand hyatt. Wine selection is good and so is the ambiance so maybe if you choose to go, you can enjoy the bar instead since the restaurant is very disappointing.

After such a great soup, I expected a bit more flavour from the main fish dish, but it was still good. Overall, everything was well done and I had a very pleasant evening.

The ambiance isn't particularly pl... read more The food is very expensive and the portions are very small. The service isn't particularly friendly and at times incompetent. The ambiance isn't particularly pleasant, as you're constantly bombarded with loud music. The food is also sometimes not particularly special and doesn't justify the very high prices.
