I had read a review of the restaurant and wanted to come while we spent the weekend in Berlin. Before realising that I could book online, I emailed them in English to request a table. I had a lovely reply in perfect English and then another when I booked online, just checking that I had chosen the correct night. That level of attention to detail is impressive and shows that they care about their customers.From the moment we arrived we were greeted like friends. We had the large tasting menu I think it was courses and matched wines. Each course was described beautifully and I honestly can't say that there was one that I didn't like.It was so obvious that all the staff took a huge amount of pride in the restaurant, which is tucked down a residential side street away from the main tourist centre.I think that they were surprised and really pleased when I told them about the review in the BBC Good Food Magazine. I hope lots of other Brits visit because of the excellent writeup. We will certainly be returning next time we visit Berlin

The food was extremely flavourful, the pricing was better than expected with the drink pairing and I'd highly recommend this if you're able to afford this meal and enjoy the pomp and circumstance. One special call out, the entire staff were incredibly friendly, approachable and made the entire experience amazing.

In summer there is some outside seating. Joyful and motivating staff, great menu, excellent and quite spicy dining. My favourite were the scallops. I also took Doner, which was not to my taste.
