We were feeling pec... read more Why 5 stars for a generic pizza joint in a big city? Well, it's right in Ku'damm, within walking distance of our hotel, The Waldorf Astoria. We were feeling peckish and decided that going Italian would be a safe bet in a strange city. The restaurant is located right by the road along a very busy street and intersection. We literally stumbled upon it while walking back from a Lidl outlet. We found the sole waiter, Luca ( I think that's his name...I do know he's from Sicily)! to be very friendly and hospitable. We had some tomato soup and seafood pasta. Both were good. We were also served a generous portion of red wine. Throughout this time our very busy waiter found time to be attentive and brought us little extras that left us delighted. We were in no doubt that we were experiencing genuine Italian warmth and hospitality. Prices were reasonable. We would love to eat here again.
