You can ask the staff to switch out things if you arder a menu what I really appreciated. Service is pretty fast. The atmosphere however could be better, the room is not really cozy designed or welcoming. The music varies depending upon the staff thats there and is sometimes pretty loud. They take only cash for paying what's a little sad but doable (next-door is an atm) I never had a rude experience prices are okay aswell

One of the worst restaurant experiences, we orderder food one minute later we regretted and we asked the waitress to cancel (the order was still not sent to the... read more One of the worst restaurant experiences, we orderder food one minute later we regretted and we asked the waitress to cancel (the order was still not sent to the kitchen she was writing it on the screen)she said she can't because her boss will be angry at her, we were forced to stay because we felt guilty to leave, we wanted to go sit outside then the waitress again started to intrupt and ask us why and say it's cold outside. The food arrived and there was a fried sushi roll that we didn't order but we took it anyway we didn't want the waitress to get in trouble, then while we were still eating she brought the bill and asked as to pay before her shift ends at 6. Horrible place if I can give it lower rating I wouldn't hesitate

I wanted a Hugo,... read more We were there for the first and last time. When we arrived, only the chef was there and no waitress. They arrived 30 minutes after our arrival. I wanted a Hugo, but the Prosecco was all gone. Then I wanted a Caipirinha, but an ingredient was missing, and I had to choose something else. My husband had the last beer and had to choose something else after that. Then we were asked how we wanted to pay and that cash would be better, which we found very strange. We had to wait a very long time for our food. There was no advance notice that patience was requested. The waitress was inattentive and was often on her cell phone, and in my opinion, not appropriately dressed. The restroom smelled very unpleasant and was not clean. Toilet paper was in short supply. When paying, we were told that we would get two free drinks because we had to wait so long, which I thought was a nice gesture. But I looked at the receipt, and it showed the Hugo I hadn't gotten, and despite the announcement that two drinks would be discounted, there was still one drink too many. She discounted the Hugo, and with the other drink, the waitress thought we had four. We just wanted to leave. The food was delicious, though, despite the long wait.
