The employee who closed the shop with her colleague on October 23rd seems to have no idea how to treat guests in the restaurant industry. I've rarely encountered such rude and disrespectful behavior. Instead of communicating in a friendly manner, she yells at me because she wants to finish work. Even her colleague had to point out her behavior, which says it all. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for a restaurant business. Very disappointing; I certainly won't be coming back.

I’ve given it multiple chances but every time it’s the same thing — incredibly slow, confusing service that takes 30 minutes or more just to make one sandwich, even when I’m the only customer there. It makes no sense why it takes this long. It’s frustrating, a total waste of time and nothing ever improves. I’ve been to other Subway locations that are much faster and better run. If you have any other options, go there instead.

They do other things while you're ordering, so you have to wait at least 15 minutes. And unfortunately, they don't really listen. After a visit, you leave more annoyed than when you arrived.
